Our Clinical  Pilates programs are safe and effective, using specific, individually tailored exercises to aid recovery and rehabilitation & meet your fitness goals. We have a fully equipped Pilates Gym with high quality equipment including Reformers, Trapeze Table and Pilates Chair.


 Whether you need gentle exercise or a challenging routine for return to sport rehabilitation, our experienced physios will design a program that meets your specific needs.

Clinical Pilates is ideal for people of ALL ages and levels of fitness, especially if you have

 Clinical Pilates delivered by a DMA trained physiotherapist utilises Movement Based Classification & Treatment, simply, we look at any asymmetries and the way your body prefers to move and base your program on this, so it’s highly specific for each patient and treats the actual cause of your problem.


Kelly & Laura have both completed the DMA Clinical Pilates training program (available only to physiotherapists) to provide you with the highest quality of care. DMA is the internationally recognised leader in development, training and research in the field of Clinical Pilates delivered by physiotherapists
